• Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or type, please contact us at support@veluminate.com.au before sending it back.

• Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
